Description of the issue: A few months ago, I started a thread about ads not being blocked on an anime site.
The issue was resolved within a few days for the PC version and continues to work fine; however, I recently tried accessing the same site on Android, and it is impossible to navigate or use. A new tab opens every time you interact with the site.

Did the issue present with default Shields settings? The issue occurs with Shields in both standard and aggressive modes.
Does the site function as expected when Shields are turned off? Yes.
Does the ad appear when using a Private window as well? Yes.
What OS are you using when you see the ad? Android 12 in tablet, Android 14 in phone.
