Description of the issue: pop up ads opening new window tab on android phone and on pc

Did the issue present with default Shields settings? (yes/no) no shield setting even on agressive doesnt change anything
Does the site function as expected when Shields are turned off? No because too much pop up and ads
Does the ad appear when using a Private window as well? (yes/no) did not try to go in incognito mod
What OS are you using when you see the ad? On my phone and on my pc both are up to date and started last week
Brave version (check About Brave): both pc and phone ( samsung s25 ultra ) are up to date to the latest version possible
