your ad blocker is not even blocking ads and pop-us on some websites on (android and ios devices). ublock origin is much better than your ad blocker
Worth noting here that we include the same filter lists as uBlock, though there may be a delay between when uBlock implements the update and when they’re updated in Shields.
Do you have specific sites/examples where uBlock is blocking pop-ups but Shields doesn’t?
I’m not talking about the desktop version of Brave. I mean the Android and iOS versions. Is Brave’s built-in ad blocker enough to block ads and pop-ups on websites such as ahs.turkish123.com and cinegram.tv/home?

You are using the desktops brave that why you are not seeing pop us and ads use the phone version. Try this website movienova.sc it has pop us
A fix for movienova is incoming in the next few hours.
@abebe he is referring to the mobile builds. Further, I am not seeing any pop-ups on any of those sites at this point in time (while using an Android device).
