It started a few weeks ago. Multiple times a week (even days sometimes), my session on any website and my logs are erased. Meaning I have to log in to all my accounts every time.
I checked the different settings related to that, but none are active.
It can happen while the browser is running but not doing anything, or after closing it and launching the browser again.
And it’s not everytime. It’s almost like it happen every x hours.

That’s the thing; it is really random. There is no pattern to it.

Just to clarify the behavior here, you’re saying that the you get logged out of websites erratically (but frequently) – does this occur while you’re on/using the site? Further, your password/login data isn’t actually getting deleted from the browser, right? It’s just ending your session?
Do you have any extensions installed at this time and can you tell me if disabling them makes any difference here?

As said previously, it’s really random. For example, yesterday, it happened again, so I had to log in on Crunchyroll and type both my email and password because they were forgotten by Brave.
Today, the session is still running (as of the time I’m writing this). This problem occurs in a random pattern and can happen twice a day or one or two days after.
I can launch Brave in the morning, go to Crunchyroll, for example, with my session still active, close the tab, go on another website (like a build guide for Path of Exile2), open Crunchyroll in the evening (Brave wasn’t closed between those two actions), and have my session terminated and email/password forgotten.
Can you please try disabling your extensions then and test for a while to see if one of them is unintentionally causing this issue?Alternatively, you can try add a new profile (Menu --> More tools --> Add profile) and use that profile for a bit (no extensions installed) and see if the issue occurs there as well.

And I was watching youtube, then paused the video for a while
And when I opened a new tab in youtube, all my logs and session where wiped out
