Description of the issue: The scroll bar in the Brave Beta browser is farther from the edge of the screen than in the stable version, which disrupts the spontaneous, muscle-memory scrolling that is essential for fast browsing.
How can this issue be reproduced?
Either:
You add a toggle in the settings to return it back.
You return it back directly 
Brave Version( check About Brave): 1.82.153 (Official Build) Beta (64-bit)
Can you share a screenshot of what you’re seeing on your end? The beta scrollbar looks like it’s where it’s supposed to be on my end.
Thank you for the reply. I think it’s normal since I have 5:4 screen dimensions. Look at brave beta, there are some unnecessary edges.
