Scrolling disabled on Websites + Feedback Hub

Im writing this because of 2 problems:

  1. A few weeks ago, when using the Windows Desktop Browser Version on the latest releases (Auto-Updated) the Browser disables scrolling down/up when the Mouse Pointer is on the left edge of the screen. That wasnt like that before and it impacts the Quality and Usability for me, because i always have to drag the mouse onto the middle of the Website to be able to scroll down. That’s not the default position of the mouse for me, as I dont want the mouse to sit in the middle of the window somewhere while reading online Articles or watching Videos. I always move it to the left edge of the screen and let it sit there, but now i cant scroll down while it’s there and i have to move it towards the middle of the screen - then scroll - then back to the left edge to not obstruct my view of the web page.
  2. I wanted to report this problem and was searching for a “Feedback” option on the Menu or the Brave Browser settings. I couldnt find any - not even stuffed somewhere most ppl dont usally look or somewhere in a sub-menu. I only found this Feedback Website after Googling “Brave Browser Feedback”. Giving Feedback or Bug reports should be accessible from within the system/product - e.g. the Brave Browser - imho.

I found the setting that is responsible for this and disabled it. The problem was caused by a feature called “rounded corners”. I didnt change that setting myself. it doesnt even let you pick the right scrollbar with the mouse when the mouse is on the right edge of the screen.

Rounded corners enables a bezel which normally isn’t scrollable. I believe Brave used to not have an issue and let you scroll, and Edge does as well which works as intended, but since Mac OS had some “rounded corners” padding fix, it “borked” the Windows and Linux versions of rounded corners.

I’ve yet to see anyone notice that, and I’ve called it out in the past.

(I confirm your observation and reproduce it on Windows and Linux).
