Not getting rewards from multiple devices

When i check my estimated rewards they dont match up with the actual rewards. It looks like i dont get the rewards from the browser on my phone.

Ok. How long does it typically take for a response? My ticket number is 221728.

No definite answer. Could take upto a week or two sometimes. Everything depends on how many tickets they have.
