Description of the issue: teams.microsoft.com (WPA) is the site. login works. calls work. When in a call I try to share content using the share button. No matter what is selected, the share never starts. No error messages, the dialog closes as normal, there’s a flash on the target content to start sharing, but nothing occurs.
It’s fixed with an uninstall and re-install of the browser. The install contained an update to Version 1.78.94 Chromium: 136.0.7103.60 (Official Build) (64-bit)
Brave Version 1.78.102 Chromium: 136.0.7103.113 (Official Build) (64-bit) on Linux and the issue is still present.
There is actually a message in MS Teams when I try to start sharing: “Your video isn’t working We couldn’t access your camera.”
which doesn’t make sense since camera is working fine.
EDIT: re-installing browser did not solve the issue for me
It seems the extension Plasma integration was added automatically in my browsers since Im using KDE, I disabled / uninstalled that extension and now everything works again.
