As an S23 Ultra user, I can confirm this happens only after updating to One UI 8(Android 16). Reverting to One UI 7(Android 15) gets rid of this issue.

@everyday it has been reported on Chrome and other browsers as well. It’s something that changed in OneUI 8. Some open topics on it: There's a grey bar at the bottom of Brave Empty bar (1cm) at the bottom of the screen https://github.com/brave/brave-browser/issues/48630

So it’s only happening to Samsung devices, only when using One UI 8, and it’s an upstream issue by Chromium. This means the issue will have to be fixed between Samsung and Chromium most likely.
