Issue: Persistent blue bar at the bottom of the screen when using Brave in portrait mode.
Description:
When using the stable version of Brave Browser on Motorola G54 5G Power running Android 15, a solid blue bar appears at the bottom of the screen in portrait mode. This bar is not part of the system navigation UI and does not appear in other browsers (e.g., Chrome, Firefox) or in Brave Beta. It also disappears when switching to landscape mode or when using Brave Beta, which suggests the issue is specific to the stable release.
Steps to Reproduce:
- Install Brave stable from Google Play.
- Open any webpage in portrait mode.
- Observe the bottom of the screen — a blue bar appears and remains static.
Expected Behavior:
The browser should render full-screen content without any visual artifacts or persistent UI elements unrelated to the page or system.
Actual Behavior:
A blue bar occupies the bottom portion of the screen, reducing usable space and affecting visual consistency.
Additional Notes:
- Switching to gesture navigation does not resolve the issue.
- The issue is not present in Brave Beta.
- Tested on multiple websites, including blank pages.
