Leo premium subscription simply not working

I have purchased a Leo monthly subscription as an in-app purchase on iOS, but I do not have any access to any premium features. This is despite the fact that the premium purchase receipt is clearly shown in the app.

When I attempt to restore purchases, I am met with an error telling me the purchase failed, even though I was charged.

What is causing this and what can I do about it? I’ve opened a support ticket but have received no response and I don’t want to miss too much time in my subscription period.

Hello! To activate your Leo subscription, please login to account.brave.com on your iOS device. Make sure you’re using the Brave Browser. Once logged in, click Open under the Leo subscription option and it should activate for you. Thanks!
