Description of the issue: When I activate Origin on Linux and activate Leo AI, I do not have Leo in the sidebar nor can I go to brave://leo-ai. This worked at the beginning and is no longer working after the upgrade.
Origin Build type (standalone or upgraded): Upgraded
Operating System and Brave Version(See the About Brave page in the main menu): Nobara 44, 1.92.139
Additional Information: I used the free upgrade on Linux, turned on Wayback Machine, Speedreader and Leo AI. For a while it was working, but after I upgraded to Nobara 44 (Fedora 44) Leo AI stopped working. It is toggled on, but does not show up. I tried turning it off, relaunching, and turning it back on and it is still not working. I also ran a dnf reinstall brave-browser and that did not fix anything either.
Do you have any policies enabled at brave://policy?
Do you have the option to Show Leo icon in sidebar enabled at brave://settings/leo-ai?

BraveAIChatEnabled is set to false and its status is Warning, Conflict with the message “This policy is working as intended but a conflicting value is set elsewhere and is overridden by this policy.”. I have not set any policies anywhere else (that I know of).
When I try to navigate to brave://settings/leo-ai it just takes me to brave://settings.
Found it. In /etc/brave/policies/managed/ there is a json file for the policies. Inside brave_nobara-policies.json I changed "BraveAIChatEnabled": from false to true and reloaded the policies in brave://policy and now it works.
I am not sure why that was changed, who sets that (if its GE or something else) but it is fixed.
If you have Brave Origin (or Brave) on Nobara Linux, do the above to fix your issue.
