No Leo AI available

All attempts to install Brave browser lead to having browser without Leo AI, Leo icon, no sign of Leo in the Settings or Sidebar. I tried standart download from the webpage https://brave.com/, standalone and BraveBrowserSetup.exe installers from https://github.com/brave/brave-browser/releases/tag/v1.91.172, clean uninstall, reinstall, restart, Leo AI is still absent. My region is EU, Lithuania.
I used to have older versions of Brave browser with Leo AI, but now any attempt to install results in browser without Leo AI.
Mobile version is fine, with Leo AI.
When chatting in AI mode or searching for solution online, it looks like this problem doesn’t exist - standart Brave installation should make Leo AI available, but this is not the case. Am I in a region censored by the European Union or this is some technical issue?

Description of the issue: No Leo AI available on Desktop PC installation.
How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. Go to https://brave.com/ or

  2. https://github.com/brave/brave-browser/releases/tag/v1.91.172

  3. Download installation file

  4. Install in EU region, Lithuania, Windows 11, desktop PC.

Expected result: Leo AI icon on Sidebar, Leo option / toggle in Settings.

Brave Version( check About Brave): Brave 1.91.172 (Official Build) (64-bit)

Additional Information:

@Qzma

Create AN ADDITIONAL Brave Browser user Profile (Menu --> More tools --> Add profile); and, when creating:

  • Make no appearance adjustments other than to set user profile color at brave://settings/manageProfile.
  • Do not import anything.
  • Do not add any extensions.
  • Do not make any adjustments to content filtering at brave://settings/shields/filters.
  • Do not allow/enable any Brave Browser “bells and whistles” such as Brave Rewards, Brave Talk, etc.

After you create that new user profile, Exit / Quit everything and restart the computer … and then choose the new user profile for testing.

Problem solved.
What I did before I sow your advice:
A year ago I used The Ultimate Windows Utility to create a bootable USB to install Windows. So I used The Ultimate Windows Utility again, selected Brave debloat, pressed Restore selected tweaks, restarted PC, reinstalled Brave browser and now it’s fully functional, with Leo AI and W3.
Thank you!

Can you please mark this as your solution?
