Lagging on brave

Hello so ive been using brave for a long time and ive lagging very much whenever i use it. For an EXAMPLE, i lag on twitch.tv a lot when i watch people stream. Its very annoying, and i cant do anything about it. Ive went into my system bios to check if it was my cpu or gpu that was doing it and after a long time, it wasnt. What do i do, please help me. Thanks
