Browser stable release and Beta - both for desktop are lagging

Description of the issue: Browser on desktop is lagging a lot:
How can this issue be reproduced?- Had tabs open and restarted PC

1.Tried restarting PC again but still browser is lagging..
2.Other browsers (edge) and laptop overall is working fine.
3.Whats intersting is even after installing brave beta even that is having the same lag.

Expected result: Make this stop

Brave Version( check About Brave): 1.77.95

Additional Information:

I’ve also noticed performance issues, especially with video on Twitch and Youtube.
Current Brave version: 1.78.94
Chromium: 136.0.7103.60 (Official Build) (64-bit)

The issue is most pronounced when I’m using 3D software like SketchUp (in browser) or Fusion. When using the 3D software (manipulating objects, rotating view etc) it causes a significant lag spike in video - the audio is rarely interrupted but the video consistently hangs for up to a few seconds, the issue is most severe on Twitch.
Most importantly there is no noticeable performance impact on my hardware during these lag spikes. The example here was taken while generating the video lag - you can see video decode and 3D usage are within normal ranges. CPU and Memory are also stable.

I have also tested this in private browsing and the issue still occurs.
The lag does not occur in other browsers (Vivaldi and Firefox).

PC Specs
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 3600X 3.80 GHz
RAM: 32.0 GB
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 (12 GB)
current Nvidia driver: 576.28 (however issue occurred on previous versions too)
Windows 10 Pro: v2009 Build 19045.5737

Well in your case it could be due to the high graphics.(assuming so not an expert) but also noticed one thing that even though on my friends laptop brace got the new updates my brace has got none. It’s still choppy and weird whereas other browsers i used are all working fine. Was thinking of deleting brace completely and going fully fresh but i don’t to lose the tabs i have opened. have saved them as a tab group but too scared to try closing and re opening.
