[Issue] Facebook Keep Logging Out

Description of the issue:
How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. Login to Facebook
  2. Close Browser
  3. Go back to Facebook

Expected result:

  1. Facebook is logged in properly

Actual Result

  1. Facebook is logged out every single time you close the browser. (╯°□°)╯︵ ┻━┻

Brave Version( check About Brave):
Version 1.62.162 Chromium: 121.0.6167.164 (Official Build) (64-bit)

Additional Information:

  • Issue persists even if you turned off Brave Shield
  • Issue persists even if you clear the cache/cookies/everything!
  • No VPN running
  • Only happens on Brave Browser
  • This issue has been happening for several months now!
  • Telling Facebook to remember the browser on another device doesn’t work
