Description of the issue:
Crashpad brave task begins, mem usage goes up drastically , comes down and brave leaks mem.
How can this issue be reproduced?

No leaked mem.
Brave Version( check About Brave):
Version 1.37.116 Chromium: 100.0.4896.127 (Official Build) (64-bit)
Additional Information:
I have many tabs open in brave. I watch my mem usage carefully and I see Brave crashpad open, mem usage shoot upward with task crashpad and then go back down and then leaking mem on brave overall. To test I shut brave down, moved my tabs to firefox and for 24 hrs had no upward leakage.
