Description of the issue: Brave leaking memory and crashing a short time after launch after latest update
Steps to Reproduce (add as many as necessary): 1. Launch Brave
Actual Result (gifs and screenshots are welcome!): Browser crash a short time after launch https://files.catbox.moe/j3p1ui.mp4
Expected result: Browser works
Reproduces how often: Every time I launch (even in incognito)
Operating System and Brave Version(See the About Brave page in the main menu): Windows 10, Brave 1.83.120
Additional Information: it works long enough to do a few actions, so I tried turning off extensions, hardware acceleration and clearing cache, but nothing helped.

I’m not sure if this is going to help much, I’m not an expert (just a user, not Brave employee, hoping to help) but I saw no one had replied to your post so I thought I’d try and give you some ideas to troubleshoot:

Do you have any other Privacy/Security applications OUTSIDE of Brave?
To name a few, such as:
VPN, e.g. ProtonVPN (with NetShield), NordVPN (with Threat Protection), etc.
Adblockers, e.g. uBlock Origin, AdGuard, etc.
Anti-Virus/Malware, e.g. BitDefender, Intego, etc.
Firewalls, e.g. Apple/Screen Time Restrictions or Microsoft’s options, Little Snitch, etc.)
