I forgot to cancel my free 7 day trial before it gets renewed and I want to request a refund from it

The VPN was a good service but I rarely use VPN. I was planning to cancel it before it gets renewed then I just saw an email that they charged me (obviously) but the thing is the money for my school purposes. How do I get a refund from it?

Already sent them a ticket on Aug 24. Ticket number: 326334
