Description of the issue:
The predefined shortcuts “Command-Shift-]” (next tab) & “Command-Shift-[” (previous tab), aren’t working when using a non-english keyboard layout.
The key “]” returns “đ” in my keyboard layout, which may be the issue for the predefined shortcut. However, I’m also unable to add a custom shortcut with “đ”; at that point it’s being recognized as “]”.
I’ve checked that I don’t have a global shortcut for this key combination; I also use it in multiple other apps, and there it works without issues.
How can this issue be reproduced?
- Change keyboard layout to a non-english layout. Make sure that the layout doesn’t have “]” and “[” in the same place as a typical english keyboard.
- Try switching between tabs using the shortcuts “Command-Shift-]” & “Command-Shift-[”.
Expected result:
Switching tabs with the keyboard shortcut works no matter the keyboard layout.
