Did not receive Brave Rewards for August after linking with Gemini wallet

Briefly describe your issue:
I linked my Brave Rewards Wallet with my Gemini Wallet on 31 August 21. This was my first time linking brave rewards with any wallet. While there was supposed to be rewards for the month of August, it has yet to show up in my Gemini Wallet. On the Brave Rewards Card side, it has also gone down to zero.
I understand there are some delays but from what I gather from reddit, most users have already received their coins in Gemini.

What Operating System and Brave version are you using (Menu --> About Brave)?
Version 1.29.79 Chromium: 93.0.4577.63 (Official Build) (64-bit)

Is your browser wallet currently verified? (yes/no)
Yes

What date did you verify your wallet?
31 August 21

Have you been able to successfully receive payments in the past?
I only started using Brave Browser in August 21. So August is my first month receiving payments.

Are you using a VPN? (yes/no)
Yes

Are you in a supported region (see here for list of supported regions)?
Yes-Singapore.

Does your device pass the SafteyNet check (Android only)?
NA. Using on desktop.

Have you manually turned off Auto-contribute on all of your devices linked to Uphold??
Yes.

I didn’t receive mine either this was the last date i receive them 07/08/2021

Thank you for reporting! Please DM with the following information:

  • Copy/paste your Wallet ID (found on brave://rewards-internals)
  • Your OS and Brave version (first three lines in brave://version)
  • A screenshot of your Rewards panel in Settings --> Brave Rewards.
