Browser just jumped from Light to Dark on it's own

Description of the issue:
How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. Opened private browsing, went youtube and the site opened in dark mode. Brave is set to run in Light mode, always. My other browsers didn’t change, only Brave. I didn’t make any changes, download anything, add any extensions or anything… I closed the browser, and then when I came back to my comp and opened it, it opened in dark mode.

Expected result: I want it to open the sites in Light mode as it is set to in Brave: appearance

Brave Version( check About Brave):1.85.111

Additional Information: MacBook Pro, current Sonoma

Nearly same just updated to

Brave 1.85.111 (Official Build) (64-bit)

Chromium: 143.0.7499.40

then my dark mode disappear.
And the switch to select dark/light is no more :frowning:
