After Brave spontaneously switched to Dark mode today, none of the community suggestions nor Claude AI recommendations have helped change it back to Light mode.
Windows is set to Light mode.
OS: Windows Home 64 bit. Brave Version: 1.86.139
Dark mode negatively impacts several preferred apps. Unable to see buttons or selections.
Same / Similar to:
‘Browser just jumped from Light to Dark on it's own’
I would pick a light mode / dark mode switch and reverse its setting. Then Exit / Quit everything and Restart.
Then repeat those steps, one more time.
Because, sometimes a settings change or new setting, seems to not settle in to place, and you need to help the change settle into place.
