I’m suggesting adding an additional option below for creating a full page screenshot. Other extensions and browsers have implemented this feature (such as GoFullPage or Firefox), and there is also a roundabout way to natively capture a full page screenshot in Chromium (open Developer Tools panel, click three dots on far right, click run command, then type “capture full screen screenshot”). This would be a very useful feature to implement.
Because Brave is Chromium-based, you can use Chromium DevTools [this info repeats some of what the OP included in screenshots, back in 2024]:
Open the page in Brave.
Press Ctrl+Shift+I (Windows/Linux) or Cmd+Option+I (Mac) to open DevTools.
Press Ctrl+Shift+P / Cmd+Shift+P to open the Command Menu.
Type Capture full size screenshot.
Select it.
That captures the entire webpage, including content below the current viewport, as an image. The 2024 Brave feature-request itself identifies this Chromium workaround.

And this isn’t just an old 2024 complaint. A March 2026 Brave feature request is still asking for a straightforward native full-page/scrolling screenshot, specifically noting that the DevTools method exists but is inconvenient for ordinary users.
One interesting development
Brave did add a full-page screenshot capability to Brave Leo in version 1.79.118 — but that’s a Leo feature, not an equivalent of putting “Full page screenshot” in the regular browser Screenshot/Share menu.
So if your question is “Can Brave do a full-page screenshot without installing an extension?” → Yes.
