Hello, I would like to join my voice to the herd regarding the active tab brightness.
It barely is possible to distinguish which tab is the active one when the screen display is low.
I ask for the devs to make the active tab brighter than what it currently is, or have some other sort of visual clue to differentiate it from the other tabs.
(For example a high contrast border around the tab icon over the top?)
Thank you for the great work on Brave, and thank you for your time reading this.
I am also waiting for it for years. I am not sure how strict the development sticks to the votes, but if they go by votes, we must increase the votes.
Please help to push it by VOTING FOR IT . at the top there is the blue button.
I went through all of the similar requests below and voted.

Please add feature to visually identify which tab is actively being viewed and the rest of open tabs. They all blend together in a light grey color and it the active tab is indistinguishable from the rest. Thank you.
In dark mode, the active tab highlighting is very faint. Especially when using tab groups and lots of tabs, it’s easy to lose track of where the active tab is. I find myself frequently hunting for my active tab.
The problem is made even worse with night shift on and a dimmed screen. It’s nearly impossible to pick out the active tab at times.
I have looked for extensions to fix this but they seem to either be poorly functioning, poorly maintained projects or require an entire theme replacement. …
The active tab should be colour highlighted to distinguish it from other tabs that are opened in the background.
