Feature Request: Customizable Active Tab Highlight

Hello Brave team,

I often have many tabs open (10+), especially in Dark Mode, and it is very hard to spot the active tab. The current shading difference is too subtle and easy to miss.

Could you add an option to:
• Increase the contrast (e.g., lighten/darken active tab more)
• Show a thin colored outline beneath the active tab
• Or — ideally — allow users to define a custom highlight color for the active tab

This would greatly improve usability and reduce errors when navigating multiple tabs. Thank you!
