Zero ads from a month

I have been using brave from 2 months in my android device and i have seen zero ads.. i uninstalled and reinstalled the browser i got 2 ads but when i set it up with solana on chain wallet same thing happened no rewards showing..

I uninstalled reinstalled and setup the sync then i was not able to connect brave rewards to wallet.. again done a uninstall and reinstall i got 1 ad but as soon as i connected wallet to it ads stopped appearing.. not getting reward ads on windows, ios, android..

What might be the issue ?

  1. Make sure Brave Rewards is actually enabled and Ads are set to receive notifications.

  2. Check brave://rewards-internals and look for any errors or account flags.

  3. If this is happening on Android, Windows, and iOS, it’s probably not a device issue. It could be related to your Rewards profile or wallet connection.

  4. Connecting a Solana wallet should not stop ads from being served, so the timing may be coincidental.

  5. Also check whether notifications are allowed for Brave on Android, since Rewards ads depend on system notifications.

I’d recommend posting your Rewards Internals information (without any personal data) so Brave staff can take a closer look.

Also after a brave update on windows , now i am unable to connect to wallet.

Error appears :- something went wrong try again later

The logs indicate Brave Rewards is unable to fetch the catalog, issuers, and subdivision data. This is why you’re not receiving ads and may also explain the wallet connection failures.

Those errors mean Brave Rewards cannot reach the servers it needs to download the ads catalog and determine your region. If Brave can’t fetch that data, it won’t be able to serve ads, which would explain why you’re seeing zero Rewards ads across Android, Windows, and iOS.

Since the issue occurs on Android, Windows, and iOS, and started before and after reinstalls, the most likely cause is a problem with your Rewards profile or Brave’s backend services rather than the browser installation itself.

At this point, I don’t think further reinstalls will help. Open a support ticket with Brave and include your Rewards Internals logs. The repeated “Failed to fetch catalog” “Failed to fetch issuers”, and “Failed to fetch subdivision” errors suggest the Rewards service is unable to initialize properly for your profile.

Where should i open this support ticket? Github? Or kindly provide me the link.. because when i reached brave website i found this community nothing else to report
