Well this problem magically gone after I post this thread. At least for now, just to check if something is wrong and causes reoccurrence.

I find that this most often happens when I open a video in a new tab or play a music video (with the music note icon next to the video length). I’m using the extension “Control Panel for YouTube”. It doesn’t fix the slow loading, but it at least has an option to hide the “experiencing interruptions…

It happens to me as well. But only when I’m logged in with an account. I just tried using Incognito and it loaded perfectly normal. Any solutions?

Actually, now that I’ve tried it out, I’ve seen that all it takes is two quick clicks on the video you want to watch.
