On Brave Desktop, when I click on a YouTube video to download it, the expected download popup does not appear if Brave Shields are turned ON. However, when I turn Shields OFF, the download popup shows correctly.
I would like this issue resolved so that the download popup still works while Shields remain enabled.
Steps to Reproduce

Open Brave Browser (Desktop).

Go to YouTube.

Click on a video and attempt to download it.

Ensure Brave Shields are ON.
Actual Result
The download popup does not appear when Shields are ON.
Expected Result
The download popup should appear even when Shields are ON.

Brave Version: 1.81.135 (Official Build) (64-bit)

This issue only happens when Brave Shields are enabled.
