Since this morning Youtube don’t work on my Mac with the latest Os in the Brave Browser. I don’t use a VPN and no extensions. When i want to start a video i get this black page wich says video not available. Yesterday everything works, i made no changes.

Does Safari have the same problem?
Are you using a VPN?
What extensions are you using (if any)?
Are you using an Internet Security application (and/or extension)?
No VPN and extensions of any kind. Did a test in the Duck Duck browser and there everything works fine and the ads are blocked. Did a test a test with safari with the Wipr extension on and off, with both tests i get the black page. But when i logged out on Youtube in safari everything works fine. So maybe there blacklisting acounts who are blocking ads. Youtube also doesn’t work when i’m logged in with Firefox, when i logged out the youtube everything works fine.
@Poing I’m logged in and using YT right now so I don’t necessarily think they’re blacklisting all accounts (they might not be blacklisting any at all).
Do you have Shields in Brave set to default or aggressively blocking? Additionally, if you launch Brave and open a Guest profile and visit/login to YT, do you still get the same screen?
Problem solved made a new google acount.
If i Logged in with the old acount every browser gives the same black screen except the Duckplayer of Duckduck.
That’s very strange but it’s definitely something specific to your account. You might want to reach out to Google support about this.

Had the same problem today with Amazon Prime. Worked yesterday and today it does not. But it does work on my old Fire Fox. I reset Brave to the Factory settings, and had to log back on to YouTube and some other websites. That and rebooting and now Brave playing Amazon Prime videos works fine. I think I need to do this every 3 months or so.
