[Workaround found!] for ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS with Gmail

Continuing the discussion from Know how to prevent ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS?:

(I couldn’t reply to the original post so I used the “share” feature here to share the ‘solution’)

I found a workaround for this issue!
(At least, for the specific problem above: ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS on Gmail.com in Desktop Mode of Brave browser app on Android, via Samsung DeX if that matters)

The workaround is way easier than the delete-cookies workaround (just check out that post to see how annoying that was), it’s now just:

  1. Load the page in non-desktop mode (It should successfully finish loading the terrible mobile page)
  2. Then re-check the “Desktop site” checkbox, and load the page again!
