I see how that is messed up but if you want support to help you fix things you have to give more information for support to work with
(bare minimum which Brave Version you are using, maybe OS too, as in are you up to date?)

That said, I’m guessing you just need to update your GPU driver, so as per: https://github.com/brave/brave-browser/wiki/GPU-issues---incident-reports
Things we can try before proceeding…
- Update Brave to latest version
- Update OS (check for updates, etc) to latest version
- Update GPU / driver
Also extremely useful to know:
- Do you have anything at all under brave://flags/ set as enabled / not default?
- Does the problem happen for you when in Chrome also?
