as the title says…
This only every happens when brave is open, as soon as i close it the issue goes away.
I’ve already tried disabling all my extensions and also reinstalled brave.
any suggestions? 
Can you try disabling Hardware Acceleration in settings to see if this resolves the issue?
You’ll find this in Settings --> Additional Settings --> System --> Hardware Acceleration
