Since a few days, Wikipedia doesn’t show me any images. I tried clearing cache, resetting the browser; but in vain. Why does it happen and how do I fix it?

Test whether the issue is present while in a private window.
The issue still persists. 
- Open https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Brave_(web_browser)
- Click on the Brave Shields icon in the address bar.
- Take a screenshot of the Brave Shields window.

All right, before we move on, please open brave://adblock and check whether any filter lists are selected and if you have anything under Custom Filters at the bottom of the page.

But there are no custom filters!
I want to make sure the issue is related to your current user profile in some way. Create a user profile for testing purposes and check whether Wikipedia works normally.
Nope, it isn’t. I tried creating a new user profile but it is persistent. In fact, the problem has appeared in other browsers, Chrome and Edge!
On the bright side of things, we made sure the issue is not related to your user profile and Brave installation.
I’ve had similar issues in the past and doing the steps below has worked.
Close your browsers and try the steps below.
- Run Command Prompt as an administrator.
- Type
ipconfig /release - Type
ipconfig /flushdns - Type
ipconfig /renew
