for some reason the playlists aren’t working idk if it’s just me. But I would like the listen to some of my favorite songs on that.
@PxnkB you realize nobody can help you based on your topic, right?
How so? You have to give people something to work with. It’s like you calling a mechanic and saying “for some reason I can’t get my car to work.” Would that be enough for them to tell you how to fix it or give you a price estimate?
When you ask for help, you should always provide as much detail as possible. When you don’t, it wastes everyone’s time and is more likely to be ignored.
This is why the template existed, but you chose to delete it and provide no necessary details

Me neither. At this point I don’t even know what your issue is. I have no idea how outdated your app might be, if you’re on iOS or iPad or which version of iOS is on the device, if it’s an issue happening on all websites or only particular ones, if you’re struggling with offline play or just adding, if you have changed any of your Playlist settings, or anything.
Okay, im sorry for wording it in a way you can’t understand it. But you don’t have to be so aggressive with this response. You could’ve politely point out some issues with my problem and I would’ve answered in detail. But you had a more aggressive approach which is very unprofessional on your part. I’ll respond, but please be polite okay?

I go to YouTube find a song and add it to the brave playlist.
-
I go onto the song on the playlist
Expected result: does not load song and it’s just a black screen
Brave Version: Version 1.79 (124)
Mobile Device details iPhone 16 plus IOS 18.6.2
Additional Information: added video onto it.
Problem
This dude didn’t even respond to my problem when I put it out in the correct way. He’s more focus when I typed it wrong but when I type it right he just ignores me. 10/10 support
I have exactly the same problem
Not aggressive. I explained a situation and gave an analogy. Try not to have an attitude or assume bad attitudes from people.
I did. If it wasn’t polite I would have just closed your topic or told you that you’re an idiot for not giving any information. That your problem is likely for the same reason, that you’re ignoring stuff and all. But I didn’t do anything like that.
Instead I calmly and politely explained that nobody could help you when you chose to delete the template and provided no information at all. Then I gave examples of the information needed.
Why would I be professional? I’m just an active user who helps people here. I’m polite and helpful in general, but don’t have to be “professional” since I don’t get paid for what I do or anything. That said, not like I was bad either.
It’s the weekend. People have lives.
Nah, it’s pointing out the information you need to provide if you want help. Whether it be from me, another user, or someone from Brave. But if you left things as you did, then it should have actually been closed. Usually it would have been closed and the message below would be given. Yet instead of that, I interacted with you to get info so someone can better help

@PxnkB btw, Brave is on version 1.81 (134) for iOS. You may want to try to update and see if you still have the problem.
I just tested on my iPhone using that version of Brave and iOS 18.6.2 and I have no issues.
