Nope, nothing version specific. It’s been said in a lot of the comments here, but you also should probably look more at the official open topic:
It’s still just at 50% of users who have the back end functionality active. I think they left it like that for the weekend just to see if any issues were going to come up from the people who had access. Since no issues seem to be getting reported, I’m assuming they’ll activate it to 75% or 100% tomorrow or the day after.
