What Happened to "New Folder"

This morning, (7/29/24) I went to my email and then after that I looked of my BILLs Folder at the top of Brave. I can’t find it? Also, How do you make a NEW FOLDER?
I don’t understand what happened to Brave overnight?

Are you referring to the bookmarks bar at the top of the browser, under the address bar?

If so, while I can’t tell you what happened to your specific folder, I can tell you that you can right-click on the bookmarks bar and select New folder from the context menu:
