Description of the issue: a weird overlay on YouTube that only sometimes appear

How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. no idea, I guess it’s related to an addon of some kind

Expected result: for the overlay not to appear

Brave Version( check About Brave): Brave is up to date

Brave 1.83.112 (Official Build) (64-bit)

Chromium: 141.0.7390.70
