Website Page title not visible in Brave Named Window

Description of the issue:
How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. Open a new window

  2. Visit https://news.google.com

  3. Notice the “Google News - Brave” in the Window Title

  4. Now name the Window as “Test” or whatever you like (Hamburger Menu - More Tools - Name Window)

  5. Notice how the Window title now shows ONLY the name you chose

Expected result:

Show the Window title alongside the title of the web page, “Google News” in this case
