Description of the issue: Web page no longer will load in Brave Browser, loads fine in all other browsers. Do I need to change to Opera or is this going to be fixed?

Click the “tune” icon ← adjacent to the left end if the URL address field. In your screenshot, left of silverprice.org.
In the resulting menu, click the Reset permissions button.
You will be prompted to Reload the webpage.
Click the “tune” icon again, and make sure that JavaScript is Allowed.

I have more success, with:
Brave Shields UP, but . . .
Either Allow All Cookies or Block 3rd Party Cookies, but NOT Blocking All Cookies
Allowing JavaScripts from specific sources, but NOT Allowing All JavaScripts
Trackers & Ads treatment: Aggressive (at first), and then incrementally relaxing that setting
Fingerprinting (aka footprinting) blocking: Strict (at first), and then incrementally relaxing that setting
