Watching Full screen landscape videos on youtube doesn't scale properly and is shifted on one side

Description of the issue:

I have been using brave for few months and I noticed youtube on full screen or any other steaming platform like tubi causes the video to shift on one side causing black bar on one side. I will share a image of a video. It is very annoying as google chrome or Firefox doesn’t have the issue. Any fix on what i can do ?

How can this issue be reproduced?

Just open a youtube video on full screen in landscape mode

Expected result: The video is shifted on one side

I confirm this issue, Ive had it for a while now. Using S24 Ultra.

Stable, Beta and Nightly all have this same issue.
