Description of the issue: when I play a YouTube video in fullscreen mode there is a black bar on the left of the screen, it appears that the video is shifted to the right, check screenshot attached. This didn’t happen in previous versions of brave for Android.
How can this issue be reproduced?

Play any video in full screen mode

Video is shifted to the right with black bars seen on the left
Expected result: video should be playing full screen without any black bars on one side.
