Continuing the discussion from Youtube video in the background appear black:
Description of the issue:
Videos are blacked out when in background. Therefore I can’t screenrecord them.
Another disadvantage is that Brave does not show any useful preview of the window.
Is this a performance saving feature?
How can this issue be reproduced?
- Open Brave in fullscreen
- Open a video on Youtube or any platform.
- Open mission control
Expected result:
The window should show the video.
Safari is especially smart because the preview is in full playback speed when you open mission control from Safari because Safari is still active. But if you open mission control from another app, the preview shows 1 frame every few seconds. When screenrecording, Safari still plays back in normal speed.
