Description of the issue: Cannot change video quality of cast/airplay when playing YouTube video. Stuck at 360p.
How can this issue be reproduced?

Play any video on youtube.com with brave browser.

Play video and set quality to 1080p. Video is playing on phone in 1080p.

Press cast/airplay button to stream to TV. Video plays but now is in 360p. Go to change quality and only has 360p.
Expected result: To play video in higher quality.
