Can‘t change Quality of YouTube Videos to 1080p:

If I try to change Quality, I can only choose between 360p and 720p

How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. Open youtube.com

  2. Play Video

  3. Try to change Quality

Expected result:
Quality is changeable between 144p, 240p, 360p, 480p, 720p and 1080p

Brave Version( check About Brave):
Version 1.25 (21.5.4.19)

Also reproducible on:

IPhone 14 Pro Max (A2893)

Additional Information:
This only has been a problem since the last Update and the problem persists even if you turn off Brave Shield, or reinstall the Browser. On Safari everything works as expected.
