Undismissable tab closed message obscures links

Description of the issue:

When I close a tab, a message allowing me to reopen it appears. It cannot be dismissed and may obstruct links in a page that are pinned to the bottom of the screen.

For example cervinia.it displays links to ski lift status at the bottom of the viewport. I cannot click the new because I closed a tab.

A similar message about translating the page can be swiped off screen. This UI element should also be dismissable with a swipe.

This is latest version of Brave running in Android 16.

You can disable it in the browser settings: 3-dots menu > Settings > Appearance > turn off “Show undo button when tabs are closed”.

If you want to dismiss this message quickly while still keeping the undo function, use this workaround: After closing a tab, hide the browser / return to home screen (press home o button) then re-open it.
The whole procedure is like this: close tab > tap home button > double tap recent button.
