Description of the issue:
When I close a tab, a message allowing me to reopen it appears. It cannot be dismissed and may obstruct links in a page that are pinned to the bottom of the screen.
For example cervinia.it displays links to ski lift status at the bottom of the viewport. I cannot click the new because I closed a tab.
A similar message about translating the page can be swiped off screen. This UI element should also be dismissable with a swipe.
This is latest version of Brave running in Android 16.

### Description
The `Closed [site] tab - Undo` snackbar overlay stays on screen … for a long time before dismissing itself, even after navigating to a different tab, which blocks off the bottom part of the browser window. User's have the option to disable the snackbar entirely, but I believe users should be able to swipe the overlay to dismiss it manually.
