Unable to use some streaming services

Description of the issue: I am unable to watch paramount plus or prime video as I get playback errors before my video even starts.

**Steps to Reproduce (add as many as necessary): 1. **Go to Paramount Plus or Prime Video. 2. Try to stream any content at all. 3. Meeted with error before content starts.

Actual Result (gifs and screenshots are welcome!):

Expected result: Meant to play my video

Reproduces how often: Every time I attempt

Operating System and Brave Version(See the About Brave page in the main menu): Windows 11 Pro, Brave 1.86.146 (Official Build) (64 Bit)

Additional Information: Has happened on previous versions, but streaming services used to work. Stopped working maybe 3-4 months ago and have tried everything I could find on the internet.

Do you have Widevine enabled at brave://settings/extensions? If so, please try toggling it off, then back on.

Do you also see the same issue if you toggle Shields off temporarily?

Does a Private Window help resolve the issue?

Not sure what happened overnight but it seems to be working again. I had widevine enabled previously yet it wasnt working, but now all of sudden, without any changes to my settings, it works.

I appreciate your time a lot and will let you know if I have any issues soon.

They had server issues.

Completely unrelated to Brave, and yes, it was AWS as Prime Video had the same outage.

The more people rely on AWS or Microsoft Azure (this includes Brave too), when they go down, everyone can go down.
