No specific timeline. It’s as long as Brave and uBlock Origin can work together to have it work.

brave is base on chrome
is there compatibility of profiles?

i dont see & cant copy to brave, configuration of my ublock & others
copy from profile dint work too

@Zlotowinfo Brave is built on the Chromium engine, yes. If you want to use your uBO filters you already have setup, you can export them from the uBO extension and import them back into uBO in Brave.

like i wrote, there no access in chrome to configuration ublock
but i found solution, copy full profile “default” in chrome to “default” in brave
then open brave & after install needed extensions, they found configuration

i have now from chrome:

  1. all opened tabs
  2. bookmarks

other:
passwords moved by csv
cant login google chrome to save passwords & other…

@Zlotowinfo when you speak about profiles, you’re talking about actual browser profiles? I don’t think there’s the functionality for multiple profiles to be imported/exported yet, but you should be able to do them individually.

  • Brave doesn’t have access to the Google API, so this means there’s no way to sign into your Google account via the whole browser and you can’t grab your data from there. You would have to import/export. Such as at brave://settings/getStarted, As you see, it has us choose profiles and browsers in the drop down. So below I have Chrome chosen for my first profile.

  • Passwords you likely would just have to do the CSV as you mentioned. You would go into your password manager in Chrome, go to its settings, then Export.

  • Basically then do the same in Brave, go to the password manager → settings → import

Ah, ok, that works. Wasn’t entirely sure if that would work as might be some variables, but awesome.
