Tor Menu gone, Settings also gone! What happened?

Description of the issue: Tor removed without my input

Reproduces how often: permanent

Operating System and Brave Version : windows 11, Brave v1.84.132 (Oct 29, 2025)

Additional Information:

What can I say, go make a cup of tea, come back and its like Tor never existed….no menus, no settings, no anonymity

I presume an update has forced me into this position and as a UK user you can probably see this drops me into a load of trouble I never asked for.! My apologies for the briefness of the post but there isn’t anything else I can add really. I’ve checked for posts but they are old ones.

Help!

It’s still there. It would only be removed if you removed it.

Did you try using something like a debloat tool? If so, they often disable things like Tor, Sync, and other very useful features in Brave.

You may wish to check brave://policy/ to see if it shows anything

Ah, nice one @User.1.000.000.000 . I missed that. Weird little bug. Interesting that it carried over and disappeared from the menu if had disabled when updated. But at least seems the fix should be landing soon.
