Tor does not connect forever

when I open new Tor window, the Tor does not connect.

how can I establish tor connection?

Try to use different bridges (settings - privacy&security - use tor bridges) or use vpn connection

and I dont use VPN.

it seems Brave does not try to connect to Tor. what happened with this problem?
